    Dispatch Information

    You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been dispatched.

    Except where items display a 0 stock count, everything on the website should be in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. In some circumstances, items may be inbound from a supplier or temporarily unavailable.

    Where an item is not immediately available and should the delay be more than 5 working days, we will get in touch straight away and let you know the estimated timescale for delivery.

    If we make a mistake and the item is unavailable, we will get in touch straight away. You will always have the right to cancel an order or return an item for a refund.


    This is a personal service & as real people we offer zero hassle returns and exchanges.

    Shopping online is not always easy, so to help, our returns policy is really simple:

    If your order doesn’t fit, isn’t the right colour of wasn’t what you expected then don’t worry! 

    • Send the item* back to us at Centurion Running, Unit 5, Beech Hyde Farm, Wheathampstead, St. Albans, Herts, AL4 8EN.
    • Include a note with what you want us to do - include your name and email address too plus your return postal address if you want something sent back out.
    • We’ll sort everything out and email you back

    The cost of returning the item to us is down to you and we strongly suggest you use a recorded, insured or tracked service. 

    *Unless faulty, goods must be returned in saleable condition, namely: not worn (except to try it on), not used, not washed, with tags still attached and the original packaging in tact.
