    Dispatch Information

    You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been dispatched.  We ship Monday-Friday, except public holidays. Our order cut-off for shipping is 1100.

    Except where items display a 0 stock count, everything on the website should be in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. In some circumstances, items may be inbound from a supplier or temporarily unavailable.

    Where an item is not immediately available and should the delay be more than 5 working days, we will get in touch straight away and let you know the estimated timescale for delivery.

    If we make a mistake and the item is unavailable, we will get in touch straight away. You will always have the right to cancel an order or return an item for a refund.

    We offer a broad range of delivery options to UK addresses from our preferred partner, Royal Mail. These include:

    • Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Delivery aim 48 hours. We offer this free for orders over £60.
    • Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Delivery aim 24 hours - for when it’s a little more urgent.
    • Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day - for when you really need it tomorrow! This includes Saturday delivery, but not Sunday.
    • All the services we use offer tracking so that you have a clear understanding of where your parcel is. As an additional security measure, we will also request signature on delivery for higher-value orders.

    Please note that ‘Tracked 24’ and ‘Tracked 48’ services aim to deliver next day/ within 2 days, but this is not a guarantee. Royal Mail delivery times may be longer for Highlands, Islands and Crown Dependencies. Please refer to the Royal Mail website for specifics for your delivery address.

    If your parcel does not arrive, we’ll always do our best to sort it out. Royal Mail consider a parcel to be lost 10 days after the due date; as such, there may be a delay before we re-ship any parcels that appear to have gone missing.

    Returns

    This is a personal service & as real people we offer zero hassle returns and exchanges.

    Shopping online is not always easy, so to help, our returns policy is really simple:

    If your order doesn’t fit, isn’t the right colour of wasn’t what you expected then don’t worry! 

    • Send the item* back to us within 28 days of receipt at Centurion Running, Unit 5, Beech Hyde Farm, Wheathampsted, St. Albans, Herts, AL4 8EN.
    • Include a note with what you want us to do - include your name and email address too plus your return postal address if you want something sent back out.
    • We’ll sort everything out and email you back.  If you're due a refund, we will process this within 5 days.

    The cost of returning the item to us is down to you and we strongly suggest you use a recorded, insured or tracked service. 

    *Unless faulty, goods must be returned in saleable condition, namely: not worn (except to try it on), not used, not washed, with tags still attached and the original packaging intact.
