Ultra lightweight, adjustable length, 100% carbon trail running poles created specifically with ultra marathons in mind. Featuring a sleek design upgrade and a lightening fast re-engineered deployment system. Great for new and experienced pole users, these carbon poles weigh from just 180g per pole, offer heights ranging from 110 - 125cm and fold down to 35cms.

The Helvellyn poles are ideal as an introduction pole if you haven't used them before and want to see what all the fuss is about! They are a great budget option compared to fixed length poles which are lighter but higher in price.

An adjustable pole will help you to get a feel for which height is best for you. Also to share them with a spouse or trail buddy if you want to!

These poles have all the same high quality features as the big brands. Including metal flip locks, carbide spike tips, soft fleece lined hand strap, integrated mud baskets, TPU coated inner wires, strong tension adjuster. Additionally included is a water resistant and protective carry case and durable rubber tech tip accessories.

With a super lightweight and sleek pole design, each pole weighs an impressive 180 grams, up to 26% less than leading competitors.

For every set of poles you get - 2 poles with integrated mud baskets, a water resistant protective carry case and a set of durable rubber tech tips for hard surfaces.

These poles are made from 100% carbon.  The handles are custom moulded, ultralight, smooth EVA with a slim, ergonomic design meaning they won't rub your hands like other brands.

We would recommend the following heights to enable a comfortable 45 degree plant and use on uphills.

Pole Height (cm) Your Height (cm)
    110 165
    115 170
    120 175
    125 180

If you want to be super accurate before purchasing, stand with a broom stick parallel to your legs, elbows slightly bigger than 90 degree angle. Measure from the ground to the top of your hand, then add 5cm (to allow for handle excess) and that is the height to order.
